This year they had their Annual Board of Governors meeting and Installations were at the Hilton Bonnet Creek, just off Disney property in Orlando.

This event had a large General Session and numerous breakout meetings throughout the week in August . The staging included a line array audio system and extensive rigging to fly the lighting and Center screen and projector system.

During the year we support three other Board of Governors meeting at various sites in Florida. We would like to thank them for their support and continuing to have faith in our capabilities to give them flawless support, and we look forward to having a long relationship with the FMA.

The AV Guys have been members of MPI since the start of the company.  As active members, The AV Guys have helped out with many meetings by providing equipment for seminars, providing technical support at various functions, and giving time to the organization.  The AV Guys have held various positions in the Greater Orlando Area Chapter of MPI.  From a variety of committee spots, to Director of Membership and Director of Strategic Alliances, we have given our time and expertise to help grow and nurture the organization.

The relationships that have been fostered through MPI have helped The AV Guys grow as a company.  The meeting planners we work for appreciate the expertise and service that we provide.  Some of the companies we work for who are MPI members include HD Supply, Raymond James, Florida Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society, Fulton’s Crab house, Darden, and many more.
